Benoit Olivier-Groulx answered back early in the second period to tie things up. Raphael Lavoie and Zack Jones later scored back-to-back goals to put the Herd up 3-1 after 40 minutes.

William Provost brought the Foreurs within one early in the third period. Lavoie responded with his second of the evening to make it 4-2.
