SAINT JOHN  - The Halifax Mooseheads are now on a four game losing skid following a road loss at the hands of the Saint John Sea Dogs.

It was nearly the end of the first period when Saint John scored first, with Brady Burns netting his seventh of the year.

Burns also had a buzzer beater goal with just a second left in the second period, sending the Mooseheads to the dressing room down 2-0.

Rookie Sonny Kabatay got his first career goal for the Mooseheads, pulling the team within one early in the third.

Two late period goals by Matt Gould and Dawson Stairs sealed the deal, giving the Sea Dogs a 4-1 win at home.

The Mooseheads will be back at Scotiabank Centre for a Tuesday night game, as they host the Cape Breton Eagles.
