Two people injured after Tantallon motorcycle crash

UPDATE: Motorcyclist in Saturday crash dies of injuries


Two people were injured in Tantallon on Friday evening after a motorcycle drove off the highway.

Around 7:16 p.m., Halifax RCMP was called to the incident on Highway 103 at the exit five inbound ramp to Tantallon.

The motorcycle was driven by a man and a woman was a passenger.

"The male was seriously injured requiring EHS and Life Flight attendance," an RCMP news release says. "The female was assessed with non-life-threatening injuries."

Officers had closed the ramp to conduct an investigation until around 1:40 a.m.
