Two passengers taken to hospital after crash involving Halifax Transit bus

Police say charges aren't anticipated

Halifax Regional Police say two passengers have been taken to hospital for non-life threatening injuries after a crash in downtown Halifax Wednesday morning.

Police say the Halifax Transit bus and a transport truck were travelling in the same lane of Barrington Street when they collided at around 9:40 a.m.

"At this time there are no charges anticipated with the collision," police said in a news release.
