Two charged with Dartmouth robbery after building evacuated

Halifax Regional Police have charged two people after a robbery in Dartmouth Thursday afternoon.

When officers arrived, they were told a group of youths robbed a man and sprayed him with a sensory irritant in an open area of 60 Alderney Drive.

A bystander pulled the fire alarm, which resulted in the evacuation of the building.

Two youths were arrested shortly after the incident and are scheduled to appear in court at a later date.
