Masked man wearing neon vest sprays employees with irritant during robbery : RCMP

Three employees of a Lower Sackville business were sprayed with an irritant during a robbery Sunday morning, say RCMP.

It happened at around 7:30 a.m. on Sackville Drive in the area of Riverside Drive and there were no customers in the business at the time

Mounties say the suspect took money from a safe and left the store.

EHS treated the victims at the scene for minor injuries.

The suspect is described as white, in his 20s and around 6 feet tall. He was wearing a black mask, a neon green construction vest, brown jacket, grey hoodie, grey jogging pants and black gloves. He was carrying a black shoulder bag with one strap.

Anyone with information is asked to contact Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020 or submit an anonymous tip through Crime Stoppers.
