Lower Sackville man charged with sexual assault

Investigators believe there may be additional victims

A 29-year-old man from Lower Sackville has been charged with sexual assault and sexual interference.

RCMP say the charges are related to incidents that happened in Lower Sackville between May and September of 2015.

"Investigators believe there may be additional victims and encourage members of the public to come forward," Mounties said in a news release. 

"Anyone who feels they could be a victim or has questions can contact the Halifax District RCMP at 902-490-5020."

Andrew Thomas Stones has been released on conditions and is scheduled to appear in Dartmouth Provincial Court on May 26 at 9:30 a.m.
