Two shots fired into home near Meteghan, pickup seen leaving scene: Nova Scotia RCMP

METEGHAN, N.S. — Police in western Nova Scotia are asking for the public's help as they investigate a shooting incident in the Meteghan area.

RCMP say they received a complaint early Sunday morning after someone fired two shots through the window of a home on Little Brook Road, which connects Little Brook with Highway 101, north of Comeauville.

No one was injured.

Investigators say a large, dark-coloured pickup was spotted driving from the scene at around 12:15 a.m.

Police say they believe this wasn't a random act.

No other details were immediately released.
