Police say they charged 21-year-old Miranda Taylor with accessory after the fact and two counts of intimidation of a justice participant in relation to the homicide.

Nineteen-year-old Triston Reece died in hospital after he was shot on Scot Street in Halifax's west end on July 26, 2019.

He was known as a talented football player who played for the Citadel High School team.

Police in November arrested and charged Halifax man Kaz Henry Cox with first-degree murder in relation to the shooting.

Police say their investigation is ongoing and they are asking anyone with information about Reece's murder to come forward.
