QUEBEC CITY, QC. - The Halifax Mooseheads suffered their first loss of the 2018-19 regular season as the Quebec Remparts topped the Herd 6-2 Wednesday night at Centre Videotron.

Aleksei Sergeev and Louis-Filip Cote gave the Remparts an early 2-0 lead with Halifax's Samuel Asselin cutting it to one heading into the second period.

Cote scored his second along with Olivier Mathieu to make it 4-1. Antoine Morand cut Quebec's lead in half heading into the final period.
