Mooseheads blank Sea Dogs 4-0

SAINT JOHN, N.B. - The Halifax Mooseheads picked up their second straight shut out win Monday afternoon, defeating the Saint John Sea Dogs 4-0.

Arnaud Durandeau put Halifax on the board late in the opening frame to make it 1-0 heading into the second period.

Brock McLeod netted his third goal of the season, extending Halifax's lead to 2-0 after 40 minutes.

Joel Bishop and McLeod added two more to help secure a 4-0 victory.

On Saturday, the Herd heads back home to the Scotiabank Centre where they will take on the Sea Dogs once again.
