Police investigate break and enters into two Dartmouth businesses.

Halifax Regional Police are investigating a break and enter into the Coast Gas station at 200 Pleasant St., Dartmouth that occurred Oct. 17 at approximately 6:30 a.m. 

Staff at the business arrived to open the store and discovered the front window had been broken and the cash register and a quantity of cash were taken. 

At 10:45 a.m. Police responded to the One Stop Shop at 269 Windmill Rd., Dartmouth and after staff discovered the window had been broken and the cash register and a quantity of money were taken. 

The investigations are ongoing and are in the early stages. Police are attempting to determine if the incidents are related to each other and to other recent break and enters in the Municipality.
