A man and a woman will be in court next week, each facing a robbery charge.

Police were called out to the 250 block of Victoria Rd. in Dartmouth around 6:15 p.m. on Friday evening.

Police say two people entered an apartment at that address. The pair was confronted by the tenant, who police say was assaulted. The man and woman then made off with a laptop, medication and a debit card.

Officers managed to find and arrest the pair nearby a short time later. The 46-year-old man and 59-year-old woman will both appear in Dartmouth court on Tuesday.
