Police asking for help identifying suspect in NSCC theft

An unknown man broke into students' lockers at the NSCC in Dartmouth, stole property and then left the area in a vehicle

HALIFAX - Police are asking for the public's help in identifying a suspect in a theft that happened in Dartmouth last month.

Police say the theft happened on April 17 at approximately 2 p.m., at the Nova Scotia Community College in Dartmouth. 

An unknown man broke into students' lockers and stole property and then left the area in a vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white man in his 40's wearing a beige ball hat, brown bomber style coat, white striped shirt, dark pants and brown shoes. 

He was driving a 2007-2010 gray Hyundai Santa Fe with grey alloy rims.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
