HRP investigating robbery near Dutch Village Road

Police say two unidentified men grabbed another man from behind, and stole a chain and medication

Halifax Regional Police are also investigating a second robbery from Tuesday evening.

Around 6:30 p.m., police say a man walking near Main Avenue, and Dutch Village Road was grabbed from behind by two unknown men.

A chain and medication was taken, while the victim was sent to the hospital with minor, non-life threatening injuries.

The suspects fled on foot in unknown directions.

Investigators with the General Investigation Section are asking anyone with information about this incident to call police at 902-490-5016.
