Gas prices go down across Nova Scotia

A small drop in the price for gasoline across Nova Scotia. The provincial regulator using its weekly adjustment to lower the minimum price for regular self serve by a penny to 113.7. The news isn't as good for those needing diesel.

A small drop in the price for gasoline across Nova Scotia.

The provincial regulator using its weekly adjustment to lower the minimum price for regular self serve by a penny to 113.7.

The news isn't as good for those needing diesel. Fuel prices climbing by 2.1 cents to a new minimum price of 121.6.

At this time last year, drivers were paying 96 cents for gasoline, 93 cents for diesel.

Oil was trading at $53.51 us per barrel, just over $8 less than Thursday's closing price of $61.78.
