Arrests made in armed robbery on Hollis Street

Two youths and one adult male will appear in court at a later date to face the robbery and weapons charges

Halifax Regional Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred in the 1800 block of Hollis Street in Halifax at approximately 5:50p.m. on August 1.

Three males wearing masks entered the business with a firearm and obtained cash and merchandise before exiting and fleeing in a car.

Police say there were no injuries.

Witnesses were interviewed and the car was located on Olive Street in Bedford.

Police contained the residence, arrested three suspects and the house was searched.
