DIEPPE, N.B. — Police now say the deaths of two seniors in eastern New Brunswick last weekend are being investigated as homicides.
RCMP were called to a home on Amirault Street in Dieppe shortly after noon on Saturday and discovered the bodies of a 78-year-old man and a 74-year-old woman inside.
Police say they don't believe this was a random occurrence.
Autopsies will be conducted to confirm how they died.
Anyone who may have been in area at the time of the incident, or who may have information that could assist investigators is asked to contact the RCMP or Crime Stoppers.
