Health officials in New Brunswick report six new COVID-19 cases

FREDERICTON — Health officials in New Brunswick are reporting six new cases of COVID-19 today. Five of the cases are in the Edmundston region and one case is in the Miramichi area. The number of active reported cases in the province is 105.

FREDERICTON — Health officials in New Brunswick are reporting six new cases of COVID-19 today.

Five of the cases are in the Edmundston region and one case is in the Miramichi area.

The number of active reported cases in the province is 105.

Five patients are hospitalized with the disease, including one in intensive care.

New Brunswick has reported a total of 1,417 infections and 24 deaths linked to the virus.

The entire province is at the "orange" pandemic-alert level, where gyms can operate and in-person dining is permitted.
