Adopt Me: Tito likes to jump around and explore

He is very skittish but loves attention

HalifaxToday, in partnership with the Dartmouth SPCA, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Tito is ready to make his adoption debut at the shelter. He spent some time in a foster home and they wanted to pass along the following information to his forever family:

- He really liked playing with a "fishing pole" toy I had for my last kitty. Loves attention, head rubs and belly rubs. He even kneaded the air just talking to him.

- He's very skittish, I wouldn't say he was quite comfortable yet at my place although he was getting better.

- I've been brushing him with a Furminator brush, since he is so fluffy

- He's a jumper... liked to be up high. Clever too. He got into my kitchen cabinets, both upper and lower (magnet latches) so anyone taking him should be mindful of that so he doesn't get into something that could hurt him.

- No problem with the litter box at all.

Feel free to come meet Tito at the Dartmouth SPCA. If you have any questions, reach out to or call 902-468-7877 option 6.
