Adopt Me: Miss Millie has long beautiful fur

She would prefer a home with older children and no other pets

HalifaxToday, in partnership with the Dartmouth SPCA, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Miss Millie was surrendered to the Dartmouth SPCA when her owners could no longer care for her. She can be vocal in new places, but once she adjusts she settles in well.

As to be expected, in new environments she is a bit nervous but given some time she will really open up and is affectionate and friendly with her humans!

As a long haired lady, she may need grooming but she is fine with brushing and it helps keep her luscious locks under control.

Millie would prefer to be in a home with NO OTHER ANIMALS, and a home with older children is best.

Millie is available for adoption from the Dartmouth SPCA, Interested in adopting? Read the next steps in the adoption process here:

Please note we are not open for visitors so to meet me you must follow this online process to schedule an appointment.

Unable to adopt? Share this feature on social media so each animal can get the exposure it needs and find a loving home.
