Adopt Me: Kira is more than ready for her fur-ever home

This strong girl has had a polyp removal, as well as a large dental surgery

HalifaxToday, in partnership with the Dartmouth SPCA, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

At the age of 10, sweet Kira was un-spayed and pregnant when she was brought to the SPCA by a kind volunteer.

After giving birth and sending all of her kittens off to loving forever homes, Kira is hoping her turn is next.

Since being in our care, she has had a polyp removal (polyp information can be found here) as well as a large dental surgery where most of her remaining teeth had to be removed.

Now that she has made a full recovery (thanks to her amazing foster mom) she is now ready to find her forever family.

Kira is available for adoption from the Dartmouth SPCA, Interested in adopting? Read the next steps in the adoption process here:

Please note we are not open for visitors so to meet me you must follow this online process to schedule an appointment
