Adopt Me: Hunny has some adorable quirks

She has feline asthma but she is so cooperative and patient that giving her a puffer is easy!

HalifaxToday, in partnership with the Dartmouth SPCA, brings you a regular feature highlighting a special pet that is in need of adoption.

Hunny is an amazing eight-year-old cat who is always purring and looking for new friends.

Her goofy quirks include sitting in your lap ONLY if there is a blanket she can burrow under, "hunting" her kibble for a good workout, and engaging in staring contests (she always wins).

Because Hunny has feline asthma, she needs to be given a puffer once a day - this sounds intimidating, but Hunny is so cooperative and patient that it is an easy routine!

She is very easygoing and gets along with all people, and cats as well. Because Hunny is currently in a foster home, you will have to contact us to arrange a meeting.

If you are interested in meeting this sweet girl, please reach out to the Dartmouth SPCA today via phone 902-468-7877 option 6 or email
